Responsibility for the Result and Dispute Resolution Proceedings

In the article, the author reflects on approaches to resolving disputes through rich practical experience
from advisory, mediation and consulting activities, especially within the framework of the activities of the St. Basil Center – a hospital program for the needy. Different tools and approaches to resolving disputes entail different settings of responsibility for the process and outcome of the dispute. Disputes affecting interpersonal relationships and family disputes acquire new aspects in the changes in approaches and solutions. Communication on the one hand and the personal and professional responsibility of the so-called helping professions and all those who enter the dispute resolution process mutually condition and influence each other and change over time.
